For a position as an Assistant Prosecutor:
The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office is actively seeking criminal trial attorneys with 1– 5 years' experience to serve as Assistant Prosecutors in our Trial Unit and other units. Applicants with jury trial experience or experience with conducting testimonial hearings and bench trials are preferred.
The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office is also seeking dynamic candidates for entry level Assistant Prosecutor positions in the Pre-Trial, Juvenile, and Domestic Violence Units. Law clerk experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Admission to practice as an Attorney at Law in the State of New Jersey is required.
