The PCPO has four separate divisions between its locations at 401 Grand Street, Paterson and 30 King Road, Totowa. The Divisions are the Trial Unit, located at 401 Grand Street, and Major Crimes Unit, Narcotics Task Force and White Collar Crimes Division, located at 30 King Road. Each Division has legal and investigative supervisory staff with chain of command in charge of operations within the respective divisions.
