LEGAL STAFF |

The Legal Staff of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office consists of the Prosecutor and 57 assistant prosecutors all of whom are attorneys. The supervisory staff is headed by the First Assistant Prosecutor and assisted by two Deputy First Assistant Prosecutors. The remaining legal staff is organized into Chief Assistant Prosecutors, Senior Assistant Prosecutors and Assistant Prosecutors.
